I'm fairly certain I had pneumonia once because I spent a week in bed and half filled a ten litre bucket with flem.
I couldn't do anything but cough while I felt like I was drowning and I'm the only one that knows about that.
Had I lived with someone they would have helped me get medical attention but when you live alone you just suffer in silence
