This is very good - you probably have seen it - but worth another watch.

After the better part of 20 years I'm reducing my use of, ahead of stopping completely, taking Lithium.

No more "Mood stabiliser", ha ha... (ho ho, hee hee... one might say... it's been an interesting journey, so far...).

And it comes in conjunction with the rise of Coronavirus...

But I'm think i'm coping okay... ha ha...

Ecar, I hope that's under medical supervision.

SIL didn't cope at all without it.

And a lot of people paid for it.

But he was a mean SOB in the first place.

Hope you cope ok  Heart

I have The Son in my favourites to watch on SBS, but where is The Tailor of Panama?

Sorry - it's a DVD - movie - in my ' chic flicks ' store.

Maybe be online - not sure.

Just to make you squirm - it is a great movie. lol

It's all supervised... regular blood tests and consultations.

I'm little tired of feeling like a human pincushion, but the amusing side of it is watching the bruising disappear from my elbow and reappear at my wrist, two to three days after the blood sample has been taken, ha ha...

The doctor's got me started on a new course of pills, so I'm juggling two sets of pills at the moment, ha ha.

I won't know myself when I stop taking the Lithium, and only have to remember to take one pill a day, ha ha...

The new pills are good, they're doing a very good job of making me feel comfortable.

Happy. Not necessarily elated, but happy, comfortable, lying on the floor in a puddle of warm afternoon sunshine on a Winter's afternoon, happy, comfortable.

I'm good.

Life ticks along, ha ha...

🙂

Good to hear

There are no - ha ha ha's.

We get written humour.

I hope you are OK.
