Aldi staff work fast, everything is streamlined and my guess is if they add a few more staff they can get the job done. 

Until recently coles had extra stock ontop of the shelf which has been removed and now everything comes in daily. But my guess this model only works when replacing a low amount of stock. With the current levels they are going through and I think they tried to automate some of it they just can't keep up.
