Oh LOL.

One sane one.

I'm sitting here thinking that it's a bit cool, this afternoon.

I could go and get a jumper, or I could just sit here, because I'm not that uncomfortable.

But getting a jumper would make me feel just that bit more comfortable, ha ha...

It's a good analogy for the new meds - I'm comfortable, now, but maybe I could be a bit more comfortable.

Take two pills instead of one, see how that works out...

It's an "I'll see how I go, for now" situation, ha ha.

It's not so much a roller coaster ride as a pleasant afternoon outing on Puffing Billy, ha ha...

So that's the next month, or pessimistically, three, taken care of.

It's all a matter of finding my comfortable spot, reestablishing my equilibrium, once more.

It's all good fun, ha ha...

There is, of course, the ever present shadow of psychosis, looming...

It's a little like having a venomous snake loose in the house - you know it's under the furniture, somewhere, but you have no idea when, where, or indeed whether it might strike...

That makes the days all the more interesting, ha ha...

🙂

Get the jumper - you will be pleased you did.

Look within - not for the pills - but for you.

You have an excellent mind - don't ever forget it.

When you are aware of the problem - it becomes no problem.

One simple step at a time.

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Social Media... ha ha...

🙂

🙂

All I could think of was taking the plastic magnetic letters off the fridge and pressing rude words into the cat....

I'm so childish, sometimes, ha ha...

🙂

It's just my luck... The churches are closed.

I've got a great idea for the sign board out the front of the local church...

"Sunday Sermon - Wrestling with your demons in a time of social distancing".

I reckon the Padre would go for it, he's got a good sense of humour, ha ha...

🙂

Well - here we are into - week 14 of self isolation.

I have finished - and oh so good a read ' A Year in Provence ' - for the 5th time.

Such a good heart warming book - DVD series made - I think 90 minutes per episode - 1 for each month of the year.

With John Thaw - Alias - DI Morse - love him.

Not available on Net--thingy - SBS - so will bite the bullet and get the physical.

Searched the bookshelf - oh lol - only thing - not too deep for now - ' Around the World in Eighty Days '.

Goodnight friends.

Stay well.
