BUT I have never thought he was guilty of this crime, too many holes in the story   ................ Guilty of many coverups etc but not this one

The problem is the High Court overturned the decision of the Supreme Court. One of them got it wrong, but which one? I accepted the Supreme Court's judgement and it's Justice, but it did not prevail.
