David, how horrible.
Hope the fishies are ok and that you can get a replacement tank first thing.
Do you have heating that can help dry out the floors quicker - hopefully without warping?
How about home/contents insurance? That might help if the floors need replacing or fixing.

If it had to happen - good it did when still up.
Would have been a bad start waking to find all the fish expired.
Been there - tropical saltwater tank - the power went off overnight.

David, I'm glad you're okay, and the fish are okay.
It's not the kind of "Hang on, something isn't right.." moment you need, especially not at eight at night...
Thankfully, disaster was averted.
I'll go and have a look at your other post about it, now..
🙂

I thought I'd better repot the ornamental jade plant...
It was just a little bit root bound... ha ha...
I can see I'll have to move it to a more sheltered position in due course, as it doesn't like the frosts, but for the time being it's happy enough where it is, ha ha...
I hate to think how old it is, but it keeps bouncing back, so I'll continue doing my best to keep it going.
I'd like to take cuttings from it and see if I strike them, but at the moment it's pretty threadbare, so I suppose I'll just have to be patient with it, and hope it survives the Winter, and grows a few more leaves, in the meantime...
🙂

Beautiful loaves, Tas.
I used to make all our own bread.
Haven't made any for a long time.
Must get back into it.
I like my Rye better than any bought loaf.
