Prof David Lowe, Deakin Uni had said the cavalier attitude towards Australia's Indigenous populations was appalling and you'd have to say to some extent that extended towards both British and Australian service people. You can't help but wonder the extent to which there was a deliberate interest in the medical results of radioactive materials entering the body and much of what went on is still classified and may never be made public.

Yes they certainly did. And to use human beings  in the fashion that they did amounts to  crime of pure evil. The PM of the day who allowed this to happen is gully of treason. He's admired immensely by another PM who has the same kind of eyebrows.

John Monash commanded a division, and later a Corps, of mainly ANZAC troops, and put paid to the idea that Pommie generals had any idea of how 20th (and even 19th) century warfare should be conducted.

They see us as cattle, to be used as " beasts of the field", in biblical terms.
