Afternoon all. I'm so pleased for Cadel Evans too. I don't really follow cycling, but he has been runner up in the Tour De France twice and really deserved the win. Can't say I'm overly excited either way about the Derby, but if Mark Webber can get up and win tionight I'll be very happy.

I'm a very sore little heffalump again today - overdid it at table tennis on Friday, I think. I've decided to have a day of complete rest so I'm propped up in bed pumped full of the meds the doc prescribed for me last time and actually feeling quite pleasantly woozy. My sweet Mr Elephant is fussing over me like a mother hen and bringing me cups of tea and Subway for lunch. I've just bought him a cashmere jumper off Ebay as a thank you present. 😄
