Richo, as the Americans would say, I'm "over" it... ha ha.

Yesterday's blood pressure came in at 110, which is a nice change from 190...

I have to be careful standing up, though, as I get a little light headed...

But I'm okay, for now, for the next month, until I see the specialist, again, and then we see from there...

 

Keep well, I'm doing my level best, ha ha...

Just finished watching this hour-long old (1973) interview with a fascinating personality - the scientst professor Jacob Bronowski. He was one of the pioneers of early BBC TV science documentaries. Sadly no longer with us. Love his precise and measured manner of thinking and speaking...
