When I was young, that was a question I asked myself the next morning after a crazy night with mates. That was followed by a promise to myself that I wouldn't do it again. Nowdays it's easy to keep that promise.

Because when I was young I used to hang out with a couple of alcoholics. My parents. 😄

I never had a real drink till I was 21 and got a divorce from my first husband. had tasted ot when I was younger and did not like it LOL

 

I was bought up in a house with no alcohol at all, apart from a christmas sherry yuk

 

I had to learn to drink and how much I could drink because thay was the social life back then.

 

I only drink wine now about  twice a week with dinner, it seems to help digest food and help me sleep.
