What an awful heatwave on the mainland ... 
... at the same time here, it is overcast and cool and the nights are quite cold. Such is good luck on the funny little island.
Hope everyone is going to have a great weekend and can keep as cool as possible avoiding sunburn.
I've been threatening to make a noel log cake this weekend if there is time, just to try out the new log cake pan .. I'll have to decorate it of course.
