I was fine as far as aches and pains go until the blasted floor flooded and I slipped over....must say I've been lucky so far apart from that. Having the lawn mowed today ....rayyyyyyyyy and a bit of weeding done too...about time. Morning gerries...♥

U ok?  Mckool and the dog BOTH slipped over in the mud the other night...came home covered in it.

To all with bad back pain....yes half my family have it and it does suck....I sympathise.  :-x
