Yes one has to wonder but then sometimes it appears in some cases that the police put in a bit of incorrect information maybe throwing a smokescreen.........
It reminds me so much of the case of the three Indian children that were murdered in North Brisbane quite a few years ago.....the police had a suspect but have only fairly recently been able to nail him......was the person that they suspected all along:(

Wow jvh couldn't believe that poor woman lying in ICU while her OH on the golf course!! Makes him look bad - but it's his wife I feel for - hope she makes a speedy recovery. Hope you are feeling better (flu symptoms) - lots of rest and fluids!
Mermaid you are probably in a bit of shock being in such close vicinity to those dreadful murders. I agree in that there must have been one huge motive to reap such horror. Too sad the things that happen these days.
Hey libby - hope you are enjoying the 'back to school' - my sis has the week off - she misjudged when they went back (thinking next week) so she's very happy this week - house to herself. We are still planning on a weekend visit to see them - very much looking forward - and do appreciate your weather efforts!
Waves to scatty, chit-chat, dame, karen, pjbear (hugs), purple, tasfleur, dancing, nohousework, nefretiti and everyone else who pops in to say howdy!
Finished babysitting - now I'm home alone - time for a coffee and a magazine and to put off doing whatever I can get away with until tomorrow.
Cheers everyone!

I just make a baste combining olive oil, fresh garlic, honey, mustard, s & p, lemon juice and fresh parsley and baste the salmon (fillets) and roast for 15-20mins - easy and delish!
OH has a doctors appt. to check the bp - hope it's not another trip to the emergency room tonight!

Had a wonderful trip and managed to walk around without any ill effects. Used my walking stick , which was very handy. i also purchased a new one over there which has antishock absorption.
Travelled around a fair bit and saw lots of great sites. Each province in China is so different, and each have their own cooking style. I must say I still enjoyed Beijing over Shanghai. Shanghai is too commercialised and full of hawkers trying to get you to purchase fake goods from their stores. It is great if you want to shop but I didn't.
Weather was extremely hot, averaging about 36 each day. I have come home and am freezing.
We took a day trip to Hangshou on the bullet train. They have the West Lake which was absolutely beautiful. We took a cruise around it and in the middle they have islands which are so well kept. They say the West Lake is for lovers and where a lot of Chinese go to get engaged.
I could probably go on and on about our trip but I won't bore you all.
Our boys returned home from Japan and said they can't wait to go back again because they had a fantastic time.
Glad everyone is well and not much has changed. Keep well and out of mischief.

Just applied for a job with a bank wish me luck...feeling disparaged to think dunno if I have said this but I got offered a job when I did a week with the Queensland youth Service and I got offered another job when I got the last job I wonder if I took it would I still be working. Hope that makes sense, lol.
Been great had my son off to school every day and have been cooking decent meals although basic, bangers and mash, steak, veges and mash etc etc. Usually we mainly live on microwave meals as I'm too knackered come dinner time to cook...
See Ya's :-x
