Yes rosie, the market is a bit slow, hoping this place doesn't take too long. The sooner it's sold the sooner we can do the things we to the new place.

Yes we have - about 9 months I think. I think we actually overprice it to start with - will see how it goes.

9 months!

We've been really thinking about the price to ask for this place and think a lower price will be the way to go. Overall, the less time spent paying all the interest for both places, the better. I really want to get the soar put on the new place as soon as possible as well, and just cant do it until this place is sold.

It would be frustrating having your sewing etc. far away, knowing you've got it just cant use it and no point buying more stuff either. Do you read much? I can lose days reading!

Yes I read - and play a lot of scrabble LOL

Luckily we are not paying a mortgage, but I have seen a few houses down south that I would have liked and of course are sold.

I guess the right one will appear when the time is right. This is in a high price bracket so people mostly are waiting to sell their own properties before they can buy.

Meanwhile we wait.

Good afternoon.... when the cats away...... Hope JV is enjoying her break! 🙂
I have had a productive day.... Fil's camper has new upholstery and now, almost, curtains and cushions. I am looking forward to a free day tomorrow, I had visits from the 2 three yr old grandsons today.... they both insisted on calling in, one at 10am and the other at 3pm, as their parents were driving by.
Tears when they had to leave, so we agreed to afternoon tea tomorrow to pacify them.:^O
