> > Hows the job hunt going for you:)
> Hey JV,
> A former collegue got a job elsewhere doing what I have been doing for the past 8 months, she's not trained in this btw well she lasted one day and quit via the answering machine.
> I applied for the same job but they said they were going through with someone else I persume her, so I rang their HR to say I was still interested an left a message.
> However I got a call from an agency that it taking over from us and they were told that noone would lose jobs over this restructure, must have been said to placate them, I reckon as its not the case. So I wrote a letter of complaint to the Government Department and Minister, how were not being looked after. It's not through a lack of trying on my behalf either.
Hi
And my heart goes out to you and the little one for you not having the stability of a steady job.......just puts so much pressure on a parent.
Praying that things ease up for you very very soon:)

JVH - so sorry regards your mum - very sad. A very long-time stressful situation for you. Extremely difficult to watch someone we love go through awful things. Hugs and strength to you.
PJbear glad you are getting over your cold. I don't know where you will find the strength to attend that poor babies funeral. (Not that any are easy.) I'm grieving for my nephew who passed tragically a couple of weeks ago - his funeral was heartwrenching. I was asked to read a poem. (He was in his 20's).
The baby I sit for is my brother's baby (I also looked after my neice for 4 days a week for 4 years while my s.i.l. worked) (now she's at school so it's just the 18month old). (Far easier).
Hope your pain has eased purple!
Gosh here's hoping for some great news from everyone soonest!!
Sweet dreams!

This afternoon I have to go and mop 106 sq m of polished porcelain tiles at my son'r new home. I tried to get someone else to do it but no one was interested. 😞 I have to check them before payment is due tomorrow.
PJ, that is awful re your friend's baby. I can't imagine how they must be feeling and I am now concerned about the type of dummy that could cause such a tragic thing to happen.
Now is not the time, as I think you must be very upset but it may well be something that needs some attention drawn to it. Perhaps you might start a thread about the particular type of pacifier that caused this?.

Monday started out like any other day. I am only working on a Monday now, and about lunch time I heard gun shots, even though I have never heard them before. I just knew what the noise was. Our shop is across the road from where Des Moran was murdered, so we were in the thick of it. It has been very stressful for all the shop keepers in the area and hopefully things will return to normal soon.
JVH....hope the meeting with the Doctor went well and mum is OK.
Miss....sorry about your nephew. When it happens suddenly it is such a shock.
Karen...glad you have your house back to yourself.
PJ...Ihope your flu has improved and that your dental appointments are nearly finished.
Nefertiti....Lets hope the job hunting and interviews will come your way.
