but did you read it ? he's a viscount (which sounds like a brand of cigarette) the article also mentions the house of lords 'cease and desist' letter.  he's not a lord or a member of the house of lords. the blair govt changed the rules to get rid of the inbreds. he is just too much in denial to realise it.
