to answer your question. I think the term troll is used a bit to freely. 

If someone disagrees they are labelled a troll

If someone thinks another is wrong they are labelled a troll

Thats not how it works

Trolling and bullying are completely different and I do agree that if you play the victim, if your opinion differs and you play the bully card you are allowing your self to be a victim. 

If you need to say something just come out and say it.

I have not seen a case of true bullying on these boards for a very long time.
