> 440g can pie apple
> Carton sour cream
> 1 egg

> Mix cake mix as per directions and spread into lamington tin and partly cook, spread pie apple over partly cook cake mix.
> Combine sour cream with beaten egg mix well and spread over apple - sprinkle with nutmeg.

> Bake in moderate oven.
