You would be lucky to get more than 10 years out of any household appliance these days.  I also have a Westinghouse and  I've had problems with it from day one.   Out in the shed I have an old 1950's fridge that still works but it freezes things now.  I'd love to get it fixed properly one of these days because I love it.

i have one too, made in the 40's a Rotafrig. its round and it has a lazy susan thing inside .. so you can rotate the shelves,

i drag it out when the moderns die .. every 5-7 yrs. its a case of not having enough freezer room then though.
