> woke up this am with what i think is a sinus headache,took some advil and am feeling better but have decided to leave the weekly shop till tomorrow.My Aunt and Uncle came over from England on Thursday and i caught up with them at my mums yesterday.We haven't seen them for about 10 years so they got to meet the two liitle ones which was nice.:-)

Hi Libby and do take care with that headache.......sometimes also if you massage just the temples with some oil or some lavender........that sorts it pronto...even breathing in some lavender.........can give the sinus a bit of a hit and thereby give the headache the heave ho

Went to a garage sale this am and got a very brand new leather office chair.........boy got it home and didnt like it.......had the papers and got if for less than half of what he paid..........so have had a bit of a win this am:)
