If you get the chance make that batch of scones up for them that will keep them happy 🙂 ad here is another one of my favourite recipes quick lazy lemon pie this is yum yum yum 4 eggs 1c sugar 100g melted butter 1/2c P/flour 3/4c coconut zest of two lemons 1/3 c lemon juice (2-3 lemons) 1c milk preheat oven 170c place all in the processor or bowl and blend together pour into piedish I just use cake tin 23cm, bake for 45min or until pie pie is turning dark golden brown ontop and the filling is set.. so simple so easy sooo nice 🙂 enjoy

Hi Libby and havent heard from Kerry since before Christmas.......when she was doing it super tough:( the renos are coming along although slowly in this heat....the new kitchen is in and the tiling almost finished just the job of painting inside to get done....doesnt sound much if one says that quickly lol:)

Hi Miss and yes they are delightful.........yes the tears are not that far from the surface with the family.....but of course they are trying to stay strong for Chrissies sake.......its getting very difficult for her to face food apparently very nauseated the entire time.........horrible to see ones friend like that:(
