If you get the chance make that batch of scones up for them that will keep them happy 🙂

ad here is another one of my favourite recipes

quick lazy lemon pie this is yum yum yum

4 eggs
1c sugar
100g melted butter
1/2c P/flour
3/4c coconut
zest of two lemons
1/3 c lemon juice (2-3 lemons)
1c milk

preheat oven 170c

place all in the processor or bowl and blend together
pour into piedish I just use cake tin 23cm,
bake for 45min or until pie pie is turning dark golden brown ontop and the filling is set..

so simple so easy sooo nice 🙂

Hello Joe (hope you don't mind if I shorten that lol), love the recipe actually I love anything lazy LOL LOL 🙂 Princesses and I will be taking it easy today, OH and the two girls are out. The third princess is keeping me company!

I plan on having a very lazy morning and getting some things done this arvo. Besides that I have a practical to do for my study I can't put off any longer.

Jvh how are the reno's going? and how is your son and his angel doing? i still haven't caught up on what everyone has been up to has Kerry moved from townsville?

Hi to Miss hope your coping with the heat well i'm of to bed soon have to be up at 5.00am to take number 1 son to work.

Hi Libby and havent heard from Kerry since before Christmas.......when she was doing it super tough:( the renos are coming along although slowly in this heat....the new kitchen is in and the tiling almost finished just the job of painting inside to get done....doesnt sound much if one says that quickly lol:)

Hi Miss and yes they are delightful.........yes the tears are not that far from the surface with the family.....but of course they are trying to stay strong for Chrissies sake.......its getting very difficult for her to face food apparently very nauseated the entire time.........horrible to see ones friend like that:(

Goooooooooooood morning all..............top of the morning from the humid Gold Coast....just after 5 and already in the late 20s grrrrrrrrrrrrr lol

How is everyones week going for them............i know that a few of you are doing it super tough at the moment.......hope things improve very soon...........off to water blast the pool coping before it gets too much more unpleasant:)
