Hi Ts :-),Yes that's right ,the workplace would have to accommodate a breastfeeding Mother.

I don't use air freshener at all here...It makes my DD cough.

I understand how you are feeling Op.

did someone mention breastfeeding?

If she is that could be really relevant couldn't it,as far as what the boss allows/doesn't allow ?

Nah - there is specific legislation for this - regardless of what the boss says - the boss has no option but to comply.

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

OP - to counteract the smelly nappies - you get those scented nappy sacks and hook a handle over each ear and breathe into the bag - works a treat LOL

leaving the nappy in the bin for 3 days is discusting and i would be definitely complaining about that

I was joking Iza.. You know, ha ha... Perhaps you missed the laughing face in my post?

Or is humour not your strongest suit?

Silly question....;\

You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means

I had no family support when my kids were little and I had to pay (alot) in order for me to work, and I suspect thats what is really going on here - she does not want to pay.

I can see why you suspect that that is the way it is.

Why not just communicate with your workmate?

Re the Nappy, simply ask her to put them in a bag and put them in an outside bin.

Why didn't someone empty the bin after the time she came in with her baby in the past? It was left for 3 days ? She wasn't there ? other workers were ?

If she is breastfeeding her baby needs to be with her and her right to do so at work is set in legislation.

No change mat etc ? Not her fault is it ? Maybe take that up with your boss? or take up collections ?

Was it you who had a job interview and wanted some advice so that you didn't look like a pratt? If so  I hope that that went well

I think that there may be far less problems being foreseen here than there needs to be.I hope that you can all work as a team and that it all goes well.

Patchoo, you may have been joking. The point is that it is relevant .It's logic and fact 🙂

Your avi is very apt btw

Her responsibility surely? an office bin is not suitable for dirty nappies.
