No, she is your great aunt.

1st cousins are the children of your parents siblings

These relationships are tricky to work out but I'll give it a go.

Sara is your great aunt

Mark is a 1st cousin once removed

David is a 2nd cousin

Emma is a 2nd cousin once removed.

I think.lol.

Here is a link to a chart to try and work it out, it is very confusing. Your common ancestor is your grt grandfather.

It is how many generations back to the common ancestor.

Grandfather....

Sarah.....great/grand aunt.

Mark......first cousin.

David..........first cousin.....once removed.

Emma.....first cousin....twice removed.

Emmas chld...............first couisn.....three times removed.

I still think what I had is correct, mind you it can drive you crazy trying to work these things out. here's another link, might be easier to read. Use you grt grandfather as a starting point.
