If my grandfather's younger sister (Sara) has a son(Mark), who has a son(David), who has a daughter(Emma), what are their relationships to me?

No, she is your great aunt.
1st cousins are the children of your parents siblings

These relationships are tricky to work out but I'll give it a go.
Sara is your great aunt
Mark is a 1st cousin once removed
David is a 2nd cousin
Emma is a 2nd cousin once removed.
I think.lol.
Here is a link to a chart to try and work it out, it is very confusing. Your common ancestor is your grt grandfather.

1st cousin three times removed.
It is how many generations back to the common ancestor.

I still think what I had is correct, mind you it can drive you crazy trying to work these things out. here's another link, might be easier to read. Use you grt grandfather as a starting point.

Thanks for all the replies.
The only question I have left is: Is kissing your second cousin less evil than kissing your first cousin? ]:)

Well if you are an executioner in France, you had special dispensation to marry your first cousin, so are you an executioner? ]:)
