You cannot name and shame on the boards.  A moderator will remove the seller's name.

The negs for that seller should have been a warning.

It sounds like you only communicated with the seller, but didn't open a case.

You have 180 days to open a case in Payypal for Item not as described to get your money back.

If you paid by bank deposit, you have probably done your dough.

If you funded a paypal paymnt with your bank account the refund will be in your paypal account....it does not go back to your bank account.   You have to withdraw it manually.

Only crediit/debit card funding goes back to the card.
