What happened when you tried to contact 'eBay help' (next to the bell at the top of every page) did you try during their operational hours?

Did the item get returned because of an incorrect address on the package?

Where you meant to collect it from the post office but did'nt?

Have you contacted the seller?

Or Australia Post to see if they can shed any light?
