Keep extending hold!

Ordered a laptop which was meant to be delivered in January. After two extensions have asked for refund and Ebay has put the case on hold twice. First was to 26 Feb and now 3 March. No way of contacting Ebay for further discussion or query!!

There is a way to contact eBay - live chat from the help page.

What does the tracking show ?

Sounds like item is still showing as in transit.   Delays, delays and more delays, major disruptions just about everywhere you look.

In transit since 4 Feb. From Victoria to Perth.

 

Please clarify where to find live chat - I can't seem to find it sorry.

 

You have to go to the Help page, then scroll down until you see Contact Us, then go through all the options until a link to start live chat appears on the left side (from there you can choose to talk to an agent rather than a bot).
