That sometimes happens to me too, where an old post is showing at the top so I just assume it must be a new one.
Out of interest, I just had a look at ellk's feedback though and she (or he) has received 3 positives for purchases just this month & 13 in the last 6 months, so I guess she reconsidered about closing her account.
No more negs given so hopefully all these transactions have worked out better.

Aaaaand, despite the threat of closing their account (which they probably thought would shut ebay down), they are still buying. So many threats, so few account closures!

Happens all the time, they are that outraged about Ebay, but check back a few months, and they are still happily buying and selling.
My favs are the outraged one's, who say I am leaving, but still have all their items listed, they don't even pretend to leave
