The  seller said he had sent  replacements but gave  no tracking number, so i knew  he was scamming me like he had other s (also others  who had bought the same product  also   had been sent faulty  ones)

I tried liv e chat.It is useless and no way to contact a REAL person  on the phone  to explain   the whole story

 

I contacted my bank about it a couple of months ago but closed that case myself because i thought  it had been agreed already they were gonna send me a refund when  i returned the items.(as it shows in the copy of the email i received  which  i have already posted here)
