Personally I wouldn't be buying a drill that is being directly shipped from China.
A few things spring to mind -
Not to Australian Standards;
Therefore no insurance for any damage caused when it blows up;
I know 230 volts through the heart won't kill me - do you?

From memory they are 96v and come with a power adapter, now what could possibly go wrong.

I am glad you knew to get the full refunds on the first two purchases but I am surprised you went back for a 3rd and if I read rightly, a 4th round.
Obviously, this is an item where you need to tread carefully. Not only are you constantly getting the wrong things, but you are after an electrical item and you know it is coming direct from China.
I know most of our stuff is from China but hopefully the items in our retail stores at least conform to Australian standards. Even then, some dodgy things get through, as we know. The odds of getting an unsafe item increase when they are slipping into the country one by one via an ebay purchase.
If something isn't working out for you, stop trying to do it the same way over and over. You have had 3 out of 3 strikes with getting a satisfactory drill so maybe look in Bunnings or some other retail store where you cans ee what you are getting before you pay. You may pay more but you'll avoid the rigmarole.
My worry for you is okay, so far you have had 2 refunds from ebay. Now you are in the process of applying for a 3rd, all in a short amount of time. I have no idea if there are any limits on claims but you may get flagged as a problem buyer if you keep making claims every week or so.

We saw just recently the other person who posted (actually blasted) eBay because they kept opening cases/returns and eBay flagged it as suss
So there is certainly a limit, I just don't know what the limit is

I opened a received wrong item case, nothing wrong with that avenue to get it returned for refund

No nothing wrong with that, but the fact that this is now your 3rd time, and you have indicated you intend doing it again, you will be flagged as a problem buyer,

Where did I say there was something wrong with it?
It is a fact that a buyer who does that numerous times over will be flagged by eBay for having done so
I don't work for eBay, nor do I make the rules
You want to keep buying the same thing from the same sellers and expect different results and because you are going to keep opening the same cases over and over, it will get eBay's attention
So when it happens, don't claim 'you did'nt know'

Wouldn't the sellers also get flagged so hopefully it should sort it self out when there are no more to purchase.

Yes, but it is all different sellers. But at the end of the day, this buyer will be flagged as a problem child
