buyers have ALL the power

This has not been my experience or I wouldn't have vented...  I'm open to learning what I am missing if you can show me.

My searches within the community prior to my post were unsuccessful on the topic.  eBay's "tools" are nothing more than a facade.  Attempts to report listing descriptions are now 'reviewed' by automation with no method to reply or appeal.  No longer offering an easy and obvious method to reach them is an intentional dark design pattern.

I always attempt to purchase from Australian sellers but due to eBay allowing sellers to list items as in Australia but actually being located outside Australia, another issue with eBay, is on eBay not me.  I can only be expected to do so much as a buyer.  Secondly, just because a seller has 45 negative reviews is not in an of itself a reason to avoid a seller.  All sellers have negative reviews but the one's I buy from largely have positive reviews.  But all of that is a moot point.

Thanks for the useless reply!
