Even though it is possible, with a few extra clicks, to check on seller registration area, most buyers don't know they can do it or that they need to.
Even those who do check feedback, the seller registration area is not showing on that either.
If a person comes onto ebay and ticks a search for Australia only and sees an item as located in Sydney, they assume the seller is there and that is where their item will be sent from.
I can understand how people get caught out.
