eBay might have to cough up for this (if they want to protect him)

I think that providing an invalid return label (which UPS told me this morning, was highly unlikely to have been a mistake) has not gone down well at Ebay, judging by their change of tone today. It is in direct contravention of Ebay's rules. I think he has lost any sympathy he may have had up until now and they are now very clear about the refund whereas before it was mostly just "we will take action" with the occasional agent mentioning the word refund.

Sounds better 👍

Same people, don't know how you found them. Interesting feedback on their other page you found, almost the exact same behaviour. As for being big guys...Unit 4a a few flights up in and old converted warehouse, doesn't shout big to me!

"Not shipped in time frame. Waited further and sent message to chase. No response from seller. EBay automessage to wait 5 more days....which I did and then raised again advising now too late and not needed...still no response nor help from ebay. Item arrived......Still no word from ebay or seller. Frankly dreadful experience and having previously had good experience with all ebay purchases before, I am now questioning whether to use ebay again. "

I Googled the info in her ABOUT.

You're probably dealing with staff??

They list about 1400 items which isn't huge for Ebay and much of that may not be stocked, hence why stuff either gets sent very late or not at all, according to feedbacks.

I doubt that this is anything more than a family business of maybe 3 people and the pattern of cynical behaviour seems too regular to be just one errant member of staff, acting independently, in a large organisation.

they have at least 3 eBay stores....the ones you didn't buy from, have a) 156K f/b......b) 97K f/b

my point being that the powers that be, need to keep them happy
