The seller  who last left you feedback has appalling feedback, much of it for items not received.

 

Fake tracking numbers and items sent (or not) to incorrect addresses

 

You have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date  to open an 'item not received" dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

 

Don't be afraid to use it if necessary and ignore eBay's suggestion of contacting the seller first.
