Do NOT POST  your personal details on a public forum

There is a warning banner NOT do to this for good reason

You have just provided every scammer reading here your full and address for them to use as they please and share around to their scammer friends

Posting off topic on the forum is not going to be seen by the seller, nor fix your issue

You need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

And hope not too many scammers grab your details before a mod is online to remove them

I'd say the chances are you didn't open an official dispute through eBay's MBG, or you would have received that refund a lot quicker.
