Is there any way to keep permanent settings of preferred search criteria?  That persists between session, between item search's etc?

I'm from Australia.  I search for second hand stuff and I'm not remotely interested in what's available from the US or anywhere else - yet I'm forced to, for every individual search, "Select Australia" only and if I happen to slightly change the search string, say Leather SKin to Leather Hide, all the previous settings disappear -  only to reselect "Australia" only again.

Granted the site is orientated towards sellers, it makes the usefulness of EBay a frustrating experience.

Is there away to stop this endless changing of search tweaking.  I would probably make more frequent purchases if I dont have to continually mess around.

EBay support is less than interested in assisting.
