So the issue of a removed post has been answered 🙂   BUT why would one ebay rep see feedback as removable and remove it only to have another say it should not have been removed and reinstate it after the buyer questions why it was removed to start with?

seller asks account manager to help remove FB

account manager does so to continue an easy life.

Then

Buyer asks why it was removed and the next rep sees it shouldn't have been and reinstates feed back.
