Yes this does appear to be a problem. Buyers should always be aware that the cost to return the item should  be considered when buying. It is better to ask all the relevant questions before buying.

Recently I bought some LED light bulbs which had been misleadingly described as 25w in the title of the listing ( the first place where a potential buyer looks). Much further down in all the large amount of details given by the seller (in small print) it showed these as being 3 w LEDs. I opened a dispute on Pay Pal and received a full refund of the bid price. However the cost to ship the items back was much more than I had paid in the first place. I choose to return the goods and suffer the cost of postage as a matter of principle and believing that the seller in China may have felt the pain of the loss a bit more than I. My suggestion to the seller to reword the listing was ignored and I dare say that very many more buyers would be as disappointed as I was.
