Hello and Happy New Year!

I was just wondering if anyone has had the same experience as me when buying perfume.

In the Photograph and description I was shown a top designer perfume which I paid $87.95 for plus additional money for postage. 

Obviously I expected to get the real thing, however when the item arrived it was a blatantly cheap counterfeit item and the seller refuses to answer my request for a refund.

What am I supposed to do about this? I feel like I have just thrown away my money, I have considered giving up ebay altogether over this one, and believe me I spend a lot of time and money on here.
