I think i have every right, legally! if a consumer pays for goods or service, then proof of those goods or service must be produced.

so what your saying is similar as the following;

you recieve a electricity bill with an amount for you to pay $600 only. You phone the electricity company and ask what is my usage

for the amount charged, they reply "you don't have the right to know" .
