I see your point Lyndal, and I'm certainly not suggesting that you're wrong, but assuming that the whole idea of FRR is to replace a neg or neutral with a positive (and that's the only way it can be used), then if a follow-up has a negative connotation, surely it should follow that a FRR could be used to change that follow-up to a positive comment (or indeed remove it altogether).

In the absence of any on-site information (or nothing that I could find) I think it would be a terrible shame if a negative follow-up could not be removed or replaced with a positive follow-up, which would be in keeping with the whole point and philosophy of a feedback revision request. I've also decided that eBay's on-line help files really suck. 😉
