Dealing with sellers like this is what turns people off eBay. I am now a bully and impatient buyer as I have contact the seller one the 26th, again on Monday the 2nd and responded on the 3rd a total of 8 messages since the 26th. I am apparently harassing the seller by questioning. The seller has said that I "need to learn patience, courtesy and above all, some level of respect in not accusing people who are honest and trying to help them". I have not been disrespectful nor accused the seller of anything. I have all copies of my correspondence to show this. I only asked for a refund when I was told by seller that there was no more boxsets, but he could send item seperate (it is a set of 3 books I am buying). So after I read that I said I would like a refund and get the item elsewhere. I said to seller that if item was not recieved by the 04/07 I would start the dispute process, after which he got defensive in his tone.

I have to try and get the other buyers to open disputes. I assist but also help them out.

As to proof of delivery the seller only has a word doc stating it has been posted on the 20th, on that there is no details of where it is coming from, a company name nothing. It just has my address, and "Please allow until the 4th July for delivery, Also be aware that item may be dispatched seperately". Would this help or hinder the paypal process?

As this is the first time I have done anything like this any help with how to respond etc would be greatly appreciated. I am just disappointed that the seller has gone straight into name calling and low blow tactics. I have gone and read further feedback and when this is what he thinks is cutomer service.

I am keeping it factual and a polite manner as i think this is the best way to be. It is him that has started name calling and stating that I am bullying. I stated that I will keep this open until I receive item or take it further at end of this week, another quoted delivery time from seller. As for feedback I have not left any, but after it will not be nice.

Any help or comments are most welcome.
