Hi, please don't let this seller bully you. You have done nothing wrong. You paid your money and should receive your item in a reasonable amount of time. You have been more than patient 🙂
I'm assuming it the books? Your seller has less than fab feedback and has negs for the same problem. They are obviously dropshipping and the items are not in Australia. That is not your problem, it is theirs.
If they are going to have incorrect item location and poor responses to customer enquiries then they shouldn't be surprised when people are unhappy.
Open the dispute, ignore or report any further eBay messages and emails and only communicate through the PP dispute consol. I would leave feedback right until the end, get your money (or the books) first. You have 60 days from the date of sale to leave feedback.
