Do not leave FB as yet.  Never know the items may still arrive, and you need to take into account the whole transaction.

People who dropship are not basically bad nasty people out there to rip you off.  They are stressed people who invested lot of money into their business and are at the mercy of their suppliers.

Dealing with them is infuriating, but then their eBay problem  is much worth than their buyers'  🙂
