If and when you do leave the well deserved Neg , do not mention a PayPal dispute or anything that may give the seller the opportunity to have the feedback wording removed. ( The red dot will stay but the comment gets removed)
Before I knew the in's and outs of eBay I thought it best to warn others of a shonky ( putting it mildly) seller and mentioned I had been refunded by PayPal.
Seller had the feedback removed , and sent me an in your face email to gloat about it :^O
I know better now and like others don't mess about anymore with sellers who try one over.

Sorry for not replying sooner, I have not recieved anything, contacted local post office nothing, asked our normal delivery driver and nothing. The seller is making me out to be a liar. I have been in hospital and I am only getting back on my feet now, so wll esculate tonight. What proof does the seller need to provide? As I can see it I paid for item then he placed order with whoever he bought it from. Other buyers have got their but me not mine, however they are not happy with it. A couple of neutral went up.
