Once again a good reason for not naming and shaming on the boards.   The seller named has sold one item on ebay and I doubt that a generator would be described as "Beautifully handmade by craftsmen".

Looking through the OP's feedback I suspect he bought the generator from one of the worst sellers on ebay and lack of after sales service is no surprise at all.
