I have a major objection over a certain, ridiculous ebay feedback policy. Apparently, if a buyer lodges a genuine case against a seller, and the seller wins the case, the buyer isn't allowed to leave negative or neutral feedback to, that seller. In spite, of how BAD the overall transaction had gone - which, it was! ol' ebay, take it upon themselves to instantly remove, that feedback PRESUMING, that the neg feedback was solely based, on the outcome ;? And, so a negligent seller gets off scot free while the buyer, it seems, is unjustifiably reprimanded. It's bad enough, losing a case unfairly - as clearly, I had, but to deny that 'right' to leave that feedback, is unacceptable! There doesn't appear to be any principles or ethics, across the ebay system. And...as far as I can tell, there's an awful lot of narrow-mindedness. Now. Because, I was foolish enough to buy from that seller with a FB score of under '10' - I'm reluctant to go back on here to buy, simply because I have no faith in ebay - ANYMORE. Probably, THE worst circumstance I've ever experienced on here. They concern themselves over "trust and safety" ;? Huh. Maybe they should take a long hard look at themselves! ![]()
