From their second post in the thread, after I mentioned I hoped they contacted the seller:

    I agreed to keep the item but the fact that the conversation was required at all is reason enough for neutral.

And from their third post, after contacting the seller was brought up again:

  I did contact Cats - the reply I got was part of the reason for the neutral.
