The item wasn't as described according to the OP. The seller was obviously contacted by the buyer regarding that. How is the seller meant to rectify the item description then??? He deserved a neutral. Maybe in the future the seller will be truthful with his listings. The buyer agreed to keep the item even though it wasn't as described and for that he copped a mouthful from the seller. Really doesn't sound like the seller is interested in repeat customers.
